1+2 Blower on after power-up (normal)
What the control is telling you
Normal: blower runs 90 seconds when power is restored during a heat call, or when W/W1 opens during the blower on-delay. Not a fault.
Applies to: ICP F9MAE / G9MAE modulating variable-speed condensing gas furnaces (060, 080, 100, 120 kBtu/h)
Likely causes
- Power interrupted during a call for heat
- Thermostat W/W1 opened during blower on-delay
Test and repair steps
- Wait 90 seconds - the LED should return to heartbeat.
- If it repeats often, look for loose 115 V or 24 V supply connections causing power interruptions.
